Current State of Practice in Our Work for Project Team Interventions
This document shows the deliverables of our work including:
- codes to extract, process, and analyze data and
- tools for network interventions
in student and construction project team settings.
This research was supported by the National Science Foundation through Grant No. IIS#1928278.

A Toolbox for Student Project Teams: Mastering Team Processes through Project Charters
This toolbox includes a dynamic charter (i.e., template) for students (capstone and competition teams etc.) and a video to train them in co-creating a project charter (fill out the template) and manage their team processes.
For optimal results, educators should consider integrating these elements into their assignments, classrooms, and teamwork sessions. The use of these tools is ideal for projects not shorter than 4-weeks in duration and with teams of 4 or more members. See the Tip Sheet for Educators below for details.
The final element of this toolbox is reminder modules. This element is an add-onto project charters, and can help take project management support and interventions to the next level for improved performance.
